Family Class on Bible Studiyng

At Dominica Gospel Assembly, we believe the Word of God is the strongest foundation a family can stand on. That is why we launched a special Family Class dedicated to learning how to study the Bible together at home. Parents, teens, and children gathered with open hearts and open Bibles, discovering how Scripture speaks to everyday life, family challenges, and spiritual growth.

During the class, families learned practical tools for reading Scripture with purpose. We explored how to understand context, ask the right questions, and apply what we learn to personal decisions, parenting, relationships, and prayer. Most importantly, we were reminded that Bible reading is not meant to be complicated or intimidating. It is a daily invitation to meet with God, hear His voice, and receive wisdom that strengthens the home from the inside out.

Testimonies shared throughout the class made the day even more meaningful. Parents told stories of how reading Scripture together changed the atmosphere in their homes, helped children grow in confidence, and created moments of unity that they had long prayed for. Children shared verses that touched their hearts and truths they learned about God’s love and protection.

We are confident that this Family Bible Study class is only the beginning of a deeper movement of discipleship across Dominica. When families come together around the Word of God, homes are transformed, faith becomes rooted, and generations rise up equipped for the calling God has placed on their lives. Our prayer is that more families across our island will discover the joy and strength that comes from studying Scripture side by side.
